Dr. Mingzhi Huang, CEO, delivered the annual report titled ‘Steady Progress, Cost Reduction & Efficiency, Overcoming Challenges, Strengthening Foundations, Innovation for Growth.’ He emphasized that in the past year, the company prioritized the primary goal of ‘survival first’ by actively scaling back investment projects, launching cost-cutting and sales-promoting initiatives, and ensuring stable production and sales. Through a series of strategic measures, the company successfully navigated challenges and passed a rigorous stress test.
Looking ahead to 2025, the global agrochemical industry is set to undergo profound transformations and structural shifts. Key themes for the year will continue to include overcapacity, homogeneous competition, price wars, industrial expansion, regulatory compliance, rigid market demand, cross-sector integration, digital marketing, and environmental and safety regulations.
